Lampson Appointed To Science Committee

Congressman Nick Lampson (D-Stafford) today released the following statement regarding his second committee appointment to the Science Committee.
“I am honored to once again have the opportunity to serve on the Science Committee and promote research in space, energy and medicine taking place in the 22nd District. I am most proud to represent NASA’s flagship, the Johnson Space Center, and am committed to continuing to provide valuable support and resources for our nation’s space program,” stated Congressman Lampson. “Our nation needs greater energy independence. I will work to ensure that Houston will continue to be a leader in energy research and development, including finding new technologies and alternative sources of fuel.”
